Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. Also, you can forward e-mails from one mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else.
